1.3 In 24bazar.com database you can store only one ad on each sold item or service at a time.
1.4 In addition, the relations between the parties are regulated by the law of Republic of Lithuania, Service provider's price list, the norms of morality and ethics.
1.5 Your registration information will be used only for the same purposes to which you agree by signing www.24bazar.com.

2. Ad Content and form:
2.1 It is prohibited to publicate inaccurate or false information.
2.2 Ad may be illustrated by photographs, which must show only the proposed for sale/rent item. Photos must be clear and good quality.
2.3 It is prohibited to store graphics/letters/characters in the place for photographs of item sold (for example: manuscript notes, phone numbers, names, words compelling attention, etc..) or a combination of photographs with graphics/letters/numbers or changing the photographs in this way.

3. Customer's liabilities:
3.1 By placing the ad, the customer confirms that he really has item for sale or permission to dispose the object. It is prohibited to offer purchasing items, that buyer has to order from the seller publishing the ad or other person.
3.2 By placing the ad, the customer confirms that he has the right to use photographs and useing them does not violate any rights of third parties.
3.3 By placing the ad, the client accepts full responsibility for the content of the ad, and it`s compliance with operating rules 24bazar.com conditions.
3.4 By placing the ad, the customer confirms that the ad is accurate and the information - correct.
3.5 By placing the ad, the customer confirms that if 24bazar.com have reason to believe or if it is clear from the ad, recorded in the database, that the ad is wrong or contravene the accepted ethical and legal norms, 24bazar.com have the right to remove the ad from the database (in this case money for raised and / or highlighted ads will not be returned).
3.6 By placing the ad, the client agrees that 24bazar.com is not responsible for data uploaded, is not users' representative, agent or operator, and therefore shall not be liable for any damages caused by searching for Reference (s) 24bazar.com system.
3.7 By placing the ad, the customer agrees that, he does not acquire any copyright of the database, but he has the right to modify, add or renew his ad.
3.8 By placing the ad, the client agrees that 24bazar.com can process (collect, store, handle, made inquiries, elect, combine, use, close, or delete) client's ads, which he recorded in 24bazar.com database with the purpose to present and transfer to third parties (recipients), which use the database search facilities.

4th Service provider:
4.1 The service provider offers customer real estate, vehicles, parts and accessories, and customer service advertising on the 24bazar.com system and additional advertising sources.
4.2 The service provider is not responsible for customer services or items advertised by the customers quality, quantity, timeliness and so on.
4.3 The service provider will not be liable for other web sites that customers can achieve through the service provider's portal with the references to the content.
4.4 The service provider is not responsible for the customer to provide suggestions, comments and other customer information entered in compliance with legislation, correctness, timeliness, as well as the cusomer's obligations arising from the use of other services, failure or improper performance.

Ads placed in www.24bazar.com system that contravene the terms and conditions and / or are incomplete of content / format requirements, may be deleted without any prior warning, and the money for raised and / or highlighted ads will not be returned. 24bazar.com also have the right to prohibit certain persons to participate in activities on 24bazar.com system for braking 24bazar.com terms and conditions or the law.
